Are you a commercial hunter who can acquire large FMCG supplier accounts and help us achieve further growth ambitions in the Nordics? Then you are at the right spot!

After a successful roll-out of our platform in the Benelux we now have onboarded our first clients in the Nordic countries. To support the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for a commercial talent who knows how to expand our customer portfolio in the Nordics. As a business developer you will map out the prospects in the FMCG, health & beauty and pharmacy industries and then bring them in as customers with a strategic plan, which is co-created by yourself together with the global sales team.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Mapping out prospects in the FMCG, health & beauty and pharmacy industries

  • Expanding sales activities at a regional level

  • Spotting market trends and translating them into new propositions

  • Draft a strategy to approach new markets

  • Demonstrating our platform to potential customers

  • Working towards commercial targets that must be met

Job requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • You are an excellent communicator and have the power of persuasion

  • You have a healthy level of self-confidence and you dare to take initiative

  • You know how to respond to market opportunities

  • You can work independently but are also able to build a (sales) team

  • You are fluent in English, speaking Swedish or Norwegian is an advantage

  • You have solid knowledge and experience within software/IT companies

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales position
