About the job
You will start the day with a short meeting with the support team. This way, the tasks and priorities are clear to everyone and you can get to work quickly and effectively. Your main task is to support our customers with operational processes. This includes the onboarding of new customers and the creation, processing and settlement of contracts and company data in Salesforce. In addition, you are there for customers when they have questions or need support. Structured work, customer focus and flexibility are essential in this position.

Your responsibilities

  • You support your sales colleagues to help our customers as good as possible

  • You are the contact person for our customers for day to day matters

  • You collect and check required customer information and product content

  • You monitor the progress of projects and take action to monitor progress

  • You maintain sales and customer information in Salesforce

Job requirements

What we ask of you

  • You are customer and service oriented

  • You have knowledge of/experience with administrative and process work

  • You like to work in a precise and structured way

  • You like to be ready and feel responsible for the customers

  • You have good communication skills

  • You are digitally literate and can work well with Ms Office

  • You are available between 32-40 hours per week

  • You speak English

  • Speaking Dutch and/or French is an advantage
