About the job

To expand our ambitious team, we are looking for a commercial talent who makes every effort to serve his/her relations as well as possible. As an Account Manager you are responsible for the satisfaction and turnover of existing relations. Your accounts will all have strategic importance to the growth of the region. In addition, you take care of contract renewals and you look for cross- and upsell opportunities.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Define and exceed a strategic account plan

  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline, by assessing and moving many activities simultaneously

  • Grow, manage and track your customer relationships

  • Work directly with the sales and support department

  • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction

  • Achieve your sales targets

  • Acting as a guide and sparring partner to your accounts

Job requirements

What you bring to the table

  • You are an excellent communicator

  • You have a healthy level of self-confidence and you dare to take the initiative

  • You are able to identify the needs of the customer and respond to them

  • You are fluent in English, speaking French is an advantage

  • You have solid knowledge and experience within software/IT companies

  • You think along to improving our services based on your experience and market knowledge

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial position
